Our old garage drain cover rusted out and broke. It also had been smaller than the pipe opening. The new one fits perfectly and is floor level. Looks great, fits great!

I like the design with small holes so it is effective to strain out large debris from passing through. I had difficulty finding the size of a 4" round drain cover for my 116 yo home in San Francisco. The old one became misplaced during renovation. So glad I was able to purchase the 4" round powder carbon steel drain cover for standard PVC pipe. My pipe is not made out of PVC, but the measurements fit exactly what I needed.

This product is great. We bought a house that had a old, rusted garage floor drain that was chipping and looked terrible. It took a lot of time, and unsuccessful trips to the major home improvement stores to stumble upon Garage Drains. The product looks great, has great features, and fit perfectly upon removing the old and dropping in the new. They had good customer service and told me if it didn't fit I could easily send it back. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new drain! Well worth the price and it should last a long time.
